USB-UART adapter

- USB-UART is a USB to logic level RS-232 converter using SiLabs CP2103.
Designed to work with a Samtec, 10-pin, 0.05" pitch,
FTS-105-01-L-DV-P target header. Comes complete with 6" ribbon cable.
Mini-USB cable not supplied. The UART logic level can be
configured by connecting the desired supply voltage (VCCIO) to the target
header. Somewhat compatible with 10-pin JTAG header. Specifically
designed to work with OpenRISC JTAG header.
