BLST-ADPT adapter

- BLST-ADPT converts the Altera
USB
Blaster 10-pin 0.1" connector to a 10-pin 0.05" connector. Comes
complete with 6" ribbon cable designed to work with Samtec
FTS-105-01-L-DV-P 10 pin header. Tested in JTAG mode, but should
work in AS and PS modes too. Could also be used in any application where
a target 0.1" header needs to be replaced with a 10-pin 0.05" header.

- Example schematic for typical JTAG connections. Note that the +2V5
supply may need to be changed depending on your VCCIO voltage.
